  • AUDIO WITH HIDDEN VIDEO

    The federal law indicates that covert audio listening devices can only be used by government agencies. Since the federal law supersedes differing state laws, all USA buyers must comply.

    If you are not affiliated with such agencies, only lawful way of operating covert audio listening devices is to use it within the supervision of authorized agencies such as law enforcement,    use in a non-surreptitiously or with the consent of the person who is being recorded.

    For example, you can listen in to your babysitter using a nanny camera with audio upgrade but you have to let the person know that he or she would be subjected to audio listening device at your home.  

    According to United States federal laws, audio should not be used in a surreptitious manner. One example of surreptitious interception is audio in a hidden camera. This includes pinhole board cameras and all covert or hidden cameras; i.e., a clock radio. Audio in a hidden camera or board camera is only available to law enforcement agencies. Title 18, Section 2512 UNLESS IT IS USED IN A NON-SURREPTITIOUS MANNER OR WITH THE CONSENT OF THE PERSON WHO IS BEING RECORDED.  IT IS UP TO THE END USER (CUSTOMER) TO USE ALL OF THE PRODUCTS ON THIS SITE IN ACCORDANCE WITH BOTH STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS. 

    RETURN POLICY

    If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for an exchange or a credit towards other merchandise we sell within 30 Days of receipt. To help keep prices low and quality high, we do not issue refunds on any equipment. Once an order is placed, it is not subject to cancellation. Defective items must be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on exchanged non-defective items. (To arrange an exchange on a defective item, call (888)258-1180 and we will pay standard shipping charges when provided with a copy of the postage receipt). Exchanged items must be in new condition with all manuals, packaging, and accessories to avoid restocking fees. To obtain a return authorization number, we must receive a written request explaining the reason for the return/exchange to customerservice@nannycam.com or call our toll free number (888)258-1180.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns as well as original postage.

    No returns will be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number. Merchandise will be refused and returned postage due if no RA # is obtained prior to the return. Once you receive an RA #, it is valid for 30 days and the product must be received by us within 10 days.

  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, www.NannyCam.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States, Mexico and Canada.  There are two choices for shipping.  Free shipping is usually Fed Ex or UPS ground and takes 5-7 days.  That is available in the Continental US.  If the item is being shipped to AK or HI, the fee for ground shipping is $45.  If the item is going to Canada or Mexico the handling fee is $45. All packages require an adult signature at the time of delivery.  The box will not state NannyCam but NTLB instead.



  • Warranties

  • We stand behind every item we sell with a full 1 year parts and labor warranty. Our complete multi camera systems come with a 2 year warranty. Longer warrantees are available on most items. If you need warranty service on an item you purchased from us, email us at customerservice@nannycam.com explaining the problem.
